help! 10 points!?

So i'm 17 and have a very small , and a small girth, and am afraid something wrong will happen when someone goes down on me. There is a girl who really wants to but i have been kind of ignoring her about it just to get some answers. What should i do? My is like 1.5 flaccid, and 5.5 erect. My testicles are pretty small too. Will it ever grow a little bigger/wider? Also, if a girl were to go down on me, shave or trim? and what about the testicle/shaft/taint area? I have some hair around there.
