Are space agencies the only entities on earth who do not recycle?

It is quicker, easier and better for the environment to actually dispose of the can properly. At any rate, a litter picker would do that anyway after period of time! Nasa do use a lot of materials that could probably be put to better use, in my opinion, but if there is anything on the Moon that could be useful to the Earth then that must make up for this huge waste? I'm sorry if this was not what you were looking for!
