Does someone know the title of this movie?

I don't really remember the story. I think it's about a group who came to an old haunted manor. Slowly they're trying to reveal the manor's secrets. There's a part where one of the man unearth a skeleton under the fireplace; then when the lasts of the groups walks in a rusty spiral stair, and someone fall to a pond under it; and when the female protagonist followed children ghost that hide behind the curtains and lead her to a mirror hall. In the mirror hall, she discovers that she's the incarnation of the manor's lady (the lady is pregnant, I think). In the end, the protagonist is died, but when his friends (a father and his daughter) tried to help her, she reject it, because at last she's being home... Oh, as long as I remember, I think the protagonist a bit looks like Embeth Davidtz. I'm sorry if my English is bad, but can you understand the story? And do you know what the movie title is?
