What to do about this? (Sorry this is really long)?

I'm the 16 year old middle child, and older sister to an azzhole just like ur brother only its my 13 year old little sister. She is exactly like ur little brother. You need to talk to your parents about how bad that he's gotten and talk to him or trick him into behaving well. 9 year olds are pretty stupid after all. But seriously your parents need to step in now and do SOMETHING show him some discipline! You don't want him turning 13 like my little sister and then there's no stopping their annoying rampages every day! Maybe bootcamp or super nanny oughta do it!
