In times past, (TSP) trisodium phosphate, a chemical was sold in hardware stores as a powder to be mixed with water, for cleaning walls, woodwork, etc. Now, I look in the dairy case at Jewel & Dominick and see "trisodium phosphate" listed as an ingredient on the brand Emmi USA's Caffe Latte. If it's chemically toxic for the environment, why would they put it in caffe latte? Why would I want it in my digestive tract?
