There's this girl at work that like...?

She's a little older than me (I'm 20 she's between 30 and 40). Does anyone know a way I can get her to be interested in me? She's the sweetest person I know (who's sincere), but I still don't want to risk trying anything without confidence that I won't be shot down and completely destroyed. If anyone has suggestions, please feel free to share them. And if there are any women who can tell me whether or not a women who's older with a better job and a better economic well standing would even be interested in a younger guy still in college with a part time job and lives in his parents basement (I rent it out, it’s basically an apartment), or if the whole proposition is just a waste of time. Please, no suggestions from cougars, I'm sure you know what's up, but I want an opinion from an older woman (or man) that doesn'tnt have an inclination toward younger men anyway. Thanks.
