Simple Pork Rib Recipe?

I have a 7 pound rack of ribs thawing----I have basic ingredients including two bottles of good B-BQ sauce....I have a crock pot too....Some say they need to be boiled a bit so i don't know---some say cook in the oven then in the crock pot..I would appreciate a good simple method and an idea of cooking times and temperatures to get some nice tender ribs.
