Inexpensive wedding reception/banquet halls in Southern California?

My fiance and I are getting married in April, and are looking at around 150 guests. We're hoping to spend very little on the reception. Hopefully around $3000 (not sure how reasonable that is) :/ We're looking in San Bernardino County area, as close to the High Desert as possible. We're open to pretty much anything as long as it accommodates the amount of guests. PLEASE HELP! :)
