I'm looking to buy a new PC, is this a good deal for 642 euro? It's Packard Bell.?

Well, you've come to a site for the Americas and Packard Bell doesn't exist here. Now 642 euros is a shitload of money to spend on a PC. I could easily build 2 PCs with the same specs from parts with that in half an hour.
