I have been looking for an album, by an obscure 70's metal band to no avail. Where do I go to locate this info?

I bought the the album ( Witch Hunt ), by the group ( Master Blaster ) on cette, from a "Peaches" records, in Kansas City, back in 1979. Is this too obscure to still be available?
