Does cheap vodka get you as drunk as expensive vodka?

The cheap stuff will get you just as drunk just as quick. The difference is the cheaper it is the rougher it tastes. Boosted wines like Mad Dog (Mogen David 20-20) will get you just as drunk just as quick also but you have to either be desperate or have a cast iron stomach to tolerate it...lol. The same is true with cheap vodka or cheap gin.
