Baby on the Way and A cat with a bad attitude- what do I do?

She most likely will be jealous,-she is obviously your cat- so keep your baby out of her reach, until she is used to a new presence in the household and sharing you. If she has claws keep them trimmed, there are cat nail trimmers you can use. A squirt gun is a good deterrent, when you want to tell her not to go/do something. It could go either way, if you show your cat that you love her just as much as the baby, she could become a protector of you and your baby. Remember your cat has had you for 2 years and know has a baby that will get some of her attention.
