30/f completely confused about a man. I could use some ADULT advice, please?

This is probably the reason he's 39 and never been married. What a messed up situation this is! My heart goes out to you. You need to be straight with him and tell him "I can't and won't be friends with you. Please stop contacting me." And then don't respond to anything he sends your way (texts, flowers, etc.). Move on with your life (get on match.com or something and get far away from this guy, he's wasting your precious time). Good luck!
