Where can i buy wholesale frozen foods in Cebu Philippines for a restaurants needs?

where can i find a list of companys in cebu that sell frozen meats and other products. i need to locate so that i can arrange for it to be delivered to maasin city in southern leyte. the market in maasin is wonderful for fresh wonderful fruits and vegatables. but it cant begin to suppy bulk frozen products. where can i go in cebu? HELP !!!!
